Scope and application
This policy states the method and time of delivery of goods and services supplied by Mobilebytesensei Private Limited ("Mobile Byte Sensei", "we", "us"). It is published under rule 5(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and forms part of our Terms of use.
Delivery under a professional services engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, which prevails over clause 7 to the extent of any inconsistency.

No physical delivery
No physical goods are sold or dispatched. No consignment, courier, tracking reference or delivery address arises, and no shipping, handling, packaging or freight charge is levied. The amount presented at checkout is the total payable, together with applicable taxes shown separately.
All goods are delivered electronically to the account, device or email address associated with the transaction. Delivery is not restricted by territory, subject to access to the relevant application store and to any territorial restriction stated in a product listing.

Time of delivery
The periods below are maximum periods. Delivery is ordinarily effected immediately. Where a payment is pending confirmation by a bank or payment processor, the period runs from confirmation of that payment.

Non-delivery
Before reporting non-delivery, the purchaser should confirm that the account and store region used are those with which the payment was made, and should use the restore purchases function within the application, which re-reads the entitlement from the store. An entitlement recorded against one account is not available on another; reinstallation does not extinguish it.
Where the matter is not resolved, a report is to be sent to support@mobilebytesensei.com stating the product, the date of the charge and the transaction reference. Reports are acknowledged within forty-eight hours, and the response targets in our Support and disclaimer policy apply.
Where we are unable to deliver goods paid for, the payment is refundable in full irrespective of any period stated in our Refunds and cancellations policy.
Conditions for delivery
Delivery is conditional upon the following being available to the purchaser:
- An internet connection at the time of purchase and of first use
- A device meeting the operating-system versions stated on the product page or store listing
- For store purchases, a Google account or Apple ID registered in a territory in which the application is published
- For goods delivered by email, a functioning email address capable of receiving our messages
- For open-source libraries, a supported toolchain as documented in the repository
Delivery under a services agreement
This clause describes our standard practice. The binding terms are those of the signed agreement.
Deliverables are delivered progressively rather than on completion. Repositories are established within the client's organisation from the first commit, and infrastructure, store accounts and signing keys are held by the client throughout. Ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on payment for the work.

Price, taxes and currency
Prices for direct purchases are stated exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added as required by law and shown separately before payment. A tax invoice is issued in respect of each direct purchase.
For purchases concluded through an application store, the store determines the local price, collects applicable tax and issues the receipt. Amounts debited may differ from the listed price by reason of currency conversion or fees applied by the card issuer, neither of which is levied by or received by us.
Amendment
This policy may be amended. The version applicable to a transaction is the version published on the date of that transaction. The date at the head of this page states when it was last amended.
