Healld screen: the home screen: the Healld Score ring at 78, a daily check-in button, quick actions and a continuing journey.

Everything logged rolls into one score.

Support for mental health is often expensive, time-consuming or not grounded in evidence. Healld turns exercises inspired by cognitive behavioural and dialectical behaviour therapy into short daily routines of two to five minutes, arranged around one number: the Healld Score.

The score combines mood, sleep, stress and assessment inputs into a value from 0 to 100, in three tiers: Healthy, Unstable and Crisis. Around it sit healing journeys, guided breathwork, journaling and assessments inspired by PHQ-9 and GAD-7.

Healld is a self-help wellness tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat. When the score or an assessment indicates a crisis, the app directs the user to emergency contacts and appointment scheduling.

Who it is for.

  • Anxiety and work stress

Daily mood tracking, assessments and a structured journey for recurring anxious spirals.

  • Burnout recovery

A burnout assessment and a journey focused on rest and boundaries.

  • Low confidence

Gratitude journaling and short daily practices.

  • A hard moment

The crisis tier leads straight to an emergency contact, a lifeline and appointment booking.

What it does.

Shipped capabilities only. Planned work is listed separately, under “On the roadmap.”

  • The Healld Score

Mood, sleep, stress and assessments combine into one score from 0 to 100, in three tiers: Healthy from 70, Unstable from 30, and Crisis below 30.

  • Assessments

Check-ins inspired by PHQ-9, GAD-7 and burnout measures, in a step-by-step wizard. They are not diagnostic tools.

  • Mood check-in

Log one of five states, from Depressed to Overjoyed, with an optional note, and see the trend over the week.

  • Healing journeys

Ten programmes inspired by cognitive behavioural and dialectical behaviour therapy, such as Stress Detox, Anxiety Relief and Burnout Recovery, completed a day at a time.

  • Breathwork

Six techniques, including box breathing, 4-7-8 and coherent breathing, with a visual pacer and haptic rhythm. Sessions are saved.

  • Journal and gratitude journal

Written entries with mood prompts, and three gratitude entries a day.

  • Crisis safety

A crisis banner leads to one-tap access to the 988 lifeline, your saved emergency contact, calming breathing and appointment scheduling.

  • Account on your terms

Sign in with Google or email to sync, or use the app as a guest. Data and account deletion is available in Settings.
