How to get a refund for the Remove ads purchase in Grid Duel, what happens to the game afterwards, and what to do if a purchase did not go through.

What this covers
Grid Duel is free to download. Its only purchase is Remove ads, a one-time purchase made through Google Play. This page explains refunds for that purchase and supplements our Refunds and cancellations policy, which applies to all our products.
There are no subscriptions in Grid Duel, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Google Play is the seller
The purchase is concluded with Google Play, which takes the payment and alone can reverse it. We never see your payment details and cannot issue the refund ourselves. Google Play's refund policy applies and the decision is Google's.
How to ask for a refund

What happens after a refund
When Google Play reports that the purchase has been refunded or revoked, ads return from the next start of the game, and the game tells you once. Your progress, stars, medals and items are not affected, and you may buy Remove ads again at any time.
If a purchase did not work
| You paid but still see ads | Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases in Settings, signed in to the Google account that paid. If ads remain, write to us. |

| Your payment is pending | Ads are removed as soon as Google Play confirms the payment. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. |
| The purchase failed | If you were charged, Google Play resolves the charge. The game does not record a purchase that Google Play has not confirmed. |
| You bought it on another phone | Do not buy again. Use Restore purchases on the new phone, signed in to the same Google account. The game does not let the same account buy Remove ads twice. |
| Remove ads does not do what it says | This is a defect. Write to us and we will correct it or support a refund from Google Play. |

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or the consumer law of your country of residence.
